How to use
Take two 35mg capsules per day (one in the morning & night), with a large glass of water during meals (equating to 70mg of isoflavones per day). Continue as required.
Contains soya protein, to which some people may be allergic. Contains no preservatives.
Not suitable during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, except on doctor's advice.
