1. Use Jane Iredale Primer!
Use Jane Iredale Smooth Affair For Oily Skin. This primer is a great everyday oil control primer which will help control shine and designed to even out surface of the skin to make the application of your make up easier and to prolong its wear.
Jane Iredale Absence Oil Control Primer is a cream to powder primer that controls oil and shine throughout the day. It will make your skin camera ready which makes it wonderful for a wedding day or if you are being photographed.
Both primers contain mineral formula balances out the texture of your skin, ensuring your base doesn’t become oily as the day (or night) goes on.
2. Apply Jane Iredale PurePressed Base Powder!
Jane Iredale PurePressed Base which is more matte than Jane Iredale Amazing Base.
If you working the minerals too much tends to separate the individual minerals and pull the one that creates the glow to the surface.
It is easy to avoid this by applying the minerals in thin layers in downward strokes with Jane Iredale brush (e.g. Handi Brush).
Then Spritz with Jane Iredale Balance Hydration over your foundation. Jane Iredale Balance Hydration Spray is as important as your primer. It contains beautiful ant-antioixdants formulated to help balance skin’s oil production from over producing natural oils and, also help lock in the minerals for a long lasting natural finish.
3.Apply Jane Iredale Pure Matte or Jane Iredale Amazing Matte on top of your foundation.
They are translucent and will be helpful for absorbing oils, eliminating shine and creating a matte finish.
They do not build product and keep things looking matte and natural. One application may do the trick but if you find that you have oils coming throughout the day, you can touch up by applying a light dusting.
