Orders are normally despatched next working day (Monday - Friday), some orders will be despatched same day depending on work volume.
Generally orders placed before mid-day are despatched that day.
Our policy is to include a Lily O'Briens chocolate with each order - subject to availability. Please follow normal guidelines if you have any allergies to nuts etc.
Some orders we will include various product samples - subject to availability.
After despatch orders are normally delivered next working day in Ireland and two working days after despatch in UK.
We will contact you by email or text to let you know when order is despatched with an estimated delivery date, we will give you an estimated delivery window when possible to do so.
For Irish Deliveries to arrive by Friday orders should be placed preferably before 1pm on Thursday.
If an item in the order is not available for any reason, we will notify you with estimated availability.
We cannot guarantee to honour sales if prices are found to be incorrect for any reason, including coding errors or bugs, prices entered incorrectly, changes in suppler cost prices. In the case of pricing mistakes we will offer a full no obligation refund.
If you don’t receive email confirmation of purchase or estimated delivery please check your email spam folder or get in touch with us and we will address the issue.

Card Security Polices: We never store any of your personal card data. We’re fully PCI compliant.
We reserve the right to refund and cancel any order in the event of any errors during purchasing process that may result in pricing errors.
Order tracking available once dispatched, you will be notified by email or text where possible.
If we don’t get an answer at the shipping address and an alternative drop off point is not agreed on, your order will be returned to depot and another attempted delivery will be made the next working day.
If you have any special delivery instructions please add a comment when checking out.
Please add an alternative delivery location and alternative phone number if possible, in the event of no one being available to accept delivery alternative arrangements can be made.
In the unlikely event of your purchase arriving damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your purchase. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 10% of the item's value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please use appropriate packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please notify us when making the return with all relevant details.
Upon satisfactory receipt of the return we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage on condition the lowest cost method of postage available was used.
