Directions

We advise taking 4 capsules a day for a minimum of 14 weeks, after which you may wish to reduce to one or two a day for a further few weeks.

Is there anyone who should not take it? Why is Skin Accumax™ not suitable for people under 16?

Anyone under the age of 16 and women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or who are planning pregnancy should not take Skin Accumax™. Individuals under the age of 16 are classed as children. We don’t perform tests on children so we cannot safely recommend that children take the supplements. .

How soon will I see results?

When should I take Skin Accumax™?

You will get the best results if you spread the capsules out during the day. We recommend taking two capsules with breakfast and two with dinner. Vitamins work best with food. If you cut down to two capsules take them with breakfast or dinner. You may spread them out, if you wish.

What happens if I forget to take them?

Just continue taking the recommended daily dose as normal. There is no need to compensate for missed capsules. It’s okay to take all of your capsules in the evening if you forget in the morning.

Is it okay to take more?

We don’t recommend more than four a day.

Is Skin Accumax™ good for anti-ageing?

Skin Accumax™ contains both vitamins A and C. Vitamin A is important for the maintenance of normal skin while vitamin C contributes to collagen formation. Healthy collagen keeps skin looking young. Can Skin Accumax™ make my skin worse?

Skin Accumax™ contains a plant nutrient which is found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower & Brussel sprouts. These vegetables are known to exert a mild detoxifying effects. So you may experience some detoxifying reactions. These shouldn’t last that long. Do remember to drink plenty of water and eat more fibre from fruits and vegetables to improve excretion of any toxins.

Is it possible that Skin Accumax™ can change the colour of my urine?

Yes, sometimes you may notice that your urine colour can change to a brown colour when you first start taking Skin Accumax™. This is perfectly normal.

How long do I need to use Skin Accumax™ for?

Everyone is unique and so is your skin journey so results will vary from person to person.

 For over 10 years, we have been recommending a minimum course of 14 weeks to start to see a change in your skin.

However, some people have been taking Skin Accumax™ for several years. At the end of the 14 weeks, it’s time to assess your progress.

Many people are happy with the progress they have made and decide to gradually reduce to three capsules per day and then after a month to two a day. Some people are able to discontinue completely.

However, other people find that they need to take the four capsules a day for many more months to achieve their desired result. If you do experience a flare up, you can always increase the dosage again. You may consider adding a skin supplement regime to maintain healthy, radiant skin.
