ANUSOL SUPPOSITORIES 24

Anusol Suppositories provide targeted soothing relief from the discomfort of internal piles (haemorrhoids), fissures and anal itching. They contain active ingredients that soothe itching, shrink piles and prevent bacterial growth which can promote healing.

Anusol Suppositories help to relieve the pain, swelling, itch and irritation of internal piles (haemorrhoids) and other related conditions, such as anal itching. It contains the following ingredients: Zinc oxide and Bismuth salts are mildly astringent and antiseptic. They soothe and protect raw areas. Balsam Peru is mildly antiseptic and has a protective action on sore areas and may help healing.

Directions: 

Adults and children 12 years and over: Remove wrapper and insert into the anus at night, in the morning and after each evacuation. Not to be taken orally. Children under 12 years: Not recommended, except under medical advice. The Elderly: As for adults Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not store above 25°C. Do not use your medicine after the date shown as  expiry date after "EXP" on the carton and strip.

This medicine is suitable for most people but a  few people should not use it. If you are in any  doubt, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.  Do not use this medicine, If you are allergic to Anusol Cream or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. If you have rectal bleeding or blood in the stool or if you are in doubt whether any bleeding you have experienced is caused by piles.  If any of these bullet points apply to you, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, only use this medicine on the advice of your doctor. Keep out of the reach and sight of children Do not store above 25°C

Take special care with Anusol Suppositories if you have rectal bleeding. If you are in doubt whether any bleeding you have experienced is caused by piles, you should see your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label.
