Magnesium Verla sachets are designed to be easy to take and are used for the correction of magesium deficiency.How to use: Adults and children over 10 years of age: Take the contents of one sachet, one to three times each day. Children aged 2-10 years: Take the contents of one sachet each day. Each 5g sachet contains magnesium aspartate dihydrate equivalent to 121.56mg (5mmol) of magnesium. Ingredients: Magnesium Aspartate Dihydrate For oral use only.  Do not store above 25C. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Caution: This product should be used in caution in diabetics and patients with renal impairment.
